Did exactly as he said and was on time and went above and beyond just hauling my item.

Could have been better, price was great, but, as booking agent did not listen to my requests/messages. Would not communicate with pickup location contact to work out a mutually convenient date, made me the go between. Was trying to set up a for a Wednesday pickup, on Friday for the following Week& Saturday got msg that p/u would be Monday. Immediately sent NO I asked 4 Wednesday pickup time window. Next thing pickup location is asking for bill of lading that I had just got frm her Sat.
