I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I selected this shipper as they were new to uship and I wanted to help them out. This shipment should have been picked up no later than 10/14, but the seller, nor I (the buyer), received any information whatsoever about a pick up date from the shipper. After multiple attempts at calling, texting, and sending an email, I received one call back on Monday 10/12 saying they were working on it and nothing else.
