A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Mr. Zulauf was good to work with. However he is now stating a more firm timeline then what we agreed to in the bid details. Please refund his deposit. And I wish him the best. Thanks, Matt(WolverineTransport)

Paul worked around our schedule and a death in the family. Although he did have some weather delays along the way, my Vulcan was delivered in a reasonable fashion. Paul's communication was excellent, his manner is gentlemanly, and I would recommend him to anyone. Good transport.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I stated my time frame concerning this pick up and delivery from the very beginning. Matt has had delays and then failed to contact me as he stated, and then he became upset and hung up on me when I tried to resolve the matter and complete the shipment before I leave the US.

Unfortunately, this customer is mistaken. I lost my cell signal and called him back immediately. We have been in contact since his return from Japan. As you can see from my feedbacks I am very flexible and we are an easy to work with company. This customer is upset because he changed his plans and we could not accommodate his new timeframe. Our timeframe has not changed since the initial booking. We wish him the best on his shipment. Thanks, Matt (Wolverine Transport)
