A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was no change in price or terms. Customer did not have the money to complete the transaction as per the schedule that was given to them. I did not have another trip going to the location their horse was to be picked up in or dropped off. I tried to work it out offering for them to pay by credit card the entire amount. I was contacted by them after leaving the pickup area of southern california. That was the last I heard until this cancellation request.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Horse was not ready and shipper didn't work out.

There was no change in price or terms. Customer could not pay for the haul. I was in the area for pickup and went right by the drop off location. Would have been happy to do the haul If I would have gotten paid.
