The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The posting had pickup dates of Feb 8-9 and delivery dates of Feb 11-12. These dates in the bid were not respected. Then the agreed dates were not respected on three occasions. Finally on February 16 morning he advised that his driver would be there in 60 minutes. The dealer waited until 6 pm for the truck that never showed up. Zero texts, zero phone calls. Just did not show up. As of February 17th my Toyota has still not been picked up.I requested a refund this morning.

Shipper did not list twice - shipper did accept our bid, then tried to change the agreed upon delivery time to immediately. When we were not able his unreasonable request, he started the cancellation process. Once he saw that we wouldn't agree to the cancellation, he re-listed again to have an excuse. This can be verified bu the dates in the listing.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider said he was a carrier but actually tried to act as a broker. He promised to pick up our truck within 5 days but called today (8 days later) to say that he still had no one to pick it up and deliver it to us. He misrepresented himself and the service that he could provide. Did not return phone calls; pretty much wasted 10 days of our life. Would not recommend anyone use this service provider.

Dealing with Tom was a great experience. He kept me up to date on has progress, picked the camper up exactly when he said he would and actually delivered it earlier than anticipated. Additionally, he stays with us to show us how it worked, help set it up and helped us get everything working. Great guy to work with; would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Communication throughout the transaction was excellent. Our car arrived on time and in perfect condition. The carrier even helped us load it into our trailer and offered to help strap it down. We highly recommend this service provider.
