The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time i ve had a few emails with montway asking them what was the problem as they did not pick up the car in time,,,they ask me to be patient for 2 more days but i did not accept this as they were out of the time frame we agree with,,they agree with me to cancel this shipment and told me to contact you to get my full refund,, i ve put my shipment back on your website,,hope all is clear enough for you,,please keep me posted regardinfd my refund,,regards jean pierre laguigner
