I will definitely use this shipper again when I have the opportunity. Colt was very courteous and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way about the status of the shipment of my sea kayak. When I met him to take delivery, even though he had been driving all day, he voluntarily and cheerfully went to the time and trouble to help me load the kayak on my car and make sure that it was securely tied on for the trip home. Colt is not only a professional, but also a super nice guy.
