This was a smooth shipment with good contact and all information was correct. Would be willing to ship for again.

There were several delays resulting in the delivery being about a week overdue based on the original estimate. Communication about the delays was poor. This company requested cash payment at the last minute.
My overall experience is listed as positive because I had no urgent timeframe for this delivery and they did a very good job with the care of my items. The driver and company contact were also very nice and helpful when I contacted them.

I want to thank you for the positive feedback. Our delays in this trip came from other shipments from Uship, who at the last minute were unable to be contacted. Being that this was an Ocean to Ocean run this was costly in more than just time and we deeply apologize. I do hope that the handling and care of your possessions made up for the tardiness. As far as payments, we have stopped taking chks. for some time because of a Uship customer who bounced a small check that is still unpaid. Thanks.
