The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Communication was subpar. Called shipper to coordinate pick up and delivery timeframe after accepting the bid. When I called, shipper was busy but promised to return my call. Waited seven hours for the return call which I didn't receive. Called shipper again. Shipper arranged for pick up the following morning at 9:00am. Received a text message at 8:42am the next morning stating that the shipper, "had a break down, and won't be able to pick up today,..."
