The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment due to the shipment being imported to the USA the shipper does not have knowledge about the requirements and feels that it may present some difficulties.

The shipper communicated well and work through his truck breaking down, I was pleased with the care give to the equipment and the communication efforts. This shipper wants cash when they deliver and we were unaware of that until the actual delivery this did create some inconvenience and would have been nice if we new this ahead of time
|
