I am satisfied with service, a bit of challenge in communication but equipment was picked up and delivered as expected.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services 1stClassShiping has backed off from the BOOKED shipment from Uship site.
When I have expressed being uncomfortable with the fact that I have to give them my credit card information on a form to them ( instead of using the normal Uship payment method)Also this company will ask 4 redundant information already provided in Uship.
I send them the forms and they give me the run around for 5 days cancelling later.
I got my refund money, but my cargo missed the boat for shiping to Costa Rica.

This guys are right on the money, very clear in communication self resourceful, constant updates on equipment transit, equipment delivered on time.
I definitely deal with them next time.

The shipper NFS asked for extra information that has set me back 1 day in delivery (securing the payment trhu USHIP will not sufice them, I had to release a form with credidt card information to NFS) The delivey after pick up took one extra day causing me to loose the conecting cargo truck in Huston.Over all I have had beter experience with other companies. Response from NFSTruckingInc: I am very sorry about the shipment taking an extra day. I was not aware of the dead line. Also it was very difficult trying to reach the customer. The only way of communicating was by email. Again Mainor, I am very sorry!!
