Ray was super helpful and called me immediately after we agreed upon a ship date and bid for the job. Communicated the whole way through, delivered on time as promised. I would not hesitate to call Ray and work with him again. A+

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider placed a bid on Sunday November 15, they agreed to ship the vehicle Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Monday came and Jane said she is 'waiting to hear from the driver'. Tuesday morning came and Jane said 'I am waiting for a call from the trucker, will let you know'. Well, I still have no time or estimate from this shipper to provide to the seller of the vehicle. Great service. Communication was fast and clear the whole way through. Montway is a broker of trucking services in some cases, so a third party shipping company in their network delivered the vehicle to me. The company was paid $500 by Montway. I paid Montway $669. Then of course UShip took their fee. All said, working with UShip cost about $200 more than it would have if calling a transport company directly. But you pay for the convenience from using this service.
