Truck shipping

This has been quite an experiance!Not in a good way.Jimjim was unable to pickup our vehicle,would not fit on truck .Lisa wrote and said they would find another truck.2 Weeks go by no contact, one # they provided is disconected,the other the mailbox is full and do not answer pages. Will not respond to e-mails requesting our deposit back. I understand things take time to arrange and everyones busy ,but you have to return calls/e-mail when holding someones money.Do not use this shipper!

FIRST OF ALL I JUST ABOUT BEGGED YOUR COMPANY TO ACCEPT MY BID WHEN THE TRUCK WAS IN THE AREA THE FIRST TIME. YOUI SAID YOUR A BIG COMPANY AND WOULD WAIT FOR MORE BIDS. THEN ACCEPTED MY BID THE VERY NEXT DAY WHEN THE TRUCK WAS OUT OF THE AREA. THEN THE TRUCK WAS ACTUALLY 2 FEET TALLER THAN LISTED THAT IS WHY THE SECOND TRUCK WAS WASNT ABLE TO TAKE IT. I CALLED THE 503#S I HAD AND THEY WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. AND`WE ARE SERVICE PROVIDERS ON THE ROAD ALL THE TIME SO SORRY WE COULDNT EMAIL YOU
