The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Item was originally to be picked up and transported in the middle of last week. Transporter said he tried calling me but didn't leave a message or send a text. We spoke on Thursday and he said he would pick up the item this weekend and take to London on Monday or Tuesday. I haven't been able to reach him (left voicemail and sent text) and he did not pick up the item this weekend as agreed. I have had no choice but to book an alternative courier because I need the item in London this coming w

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Delivery is now urgent and I have been unable to make contact with this service provider. I sent them an email days ago and have called and texted the phone number and left messages. They were due to have done the job by tomorrow but there has been no contact so they won't be able to do that now, as they need to arrange pickup at a residential address. I have no confidence that they will get back to me and was already let down by a previous transporter and cannot afford to waste any more time.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The delivery was required for Monday 24 Feb. Service provider was unable to deliver and is still unable to confirm when delivery might be possible due to problems with trucks. I have attempted to resolve/wait, but I am incurring costs related to building delays and additional plumbing costs, so cannot continue to wait indefinitely.
Shipment agreed was for two radiators, one was delivered on 23 Feb but the one in Herne Bay remains undelivered and I am going to have to go out to tender for tha
