NEGATIVE -100 if it were an option! Shipper CANCELLED after items picked up! Delivered BACK to PickUp location, not until 3p next day! NOT A SHIPMENT COMPANY. Should be removed from site as provider of anything! Packed without care! Items thrown into the trailer (smaller than quoted) then CHANGED delivery time from 11a to 3p AFTER PICKUP (impossible to accommodate). Cancelled I assume bc we complained about smlr trailer and deliv change! Should have trusted the previous negative review left!

So I was going to be professional and not Leave a review for you at all. So the moment my team arrived your husband told driver everything in the garage and walked my driver through the house to show where the washer, dryer and fridges were located. Once all were loaded you tried to tell my driver that everything inside and out was listed in the bid and needed to be loaded. When my driver read what the bid included you became upset harassing my driver and myself. Be more honest instead of cheap!

LOVED THIS COMPANY!! Mr. Lionel (owner) had an amazing crew. They were all very respectful and nice. We moved from New Orleans to the Houston area, and he made us feel confident that everything would get handled, making this way less stressful! THANK YOU LIONEL and your AMAZING CREW!! You were awesome!
