Mark was a very nice customer to deal with. He was easy to reach by phone, he spoke clearly and his contacts were in line.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Marcus called 3 days after having been awarded the shipment, I had not received the notification that I had won the Honda until he had called, I explained this to him, at this point I had 30 bids out and explained to him that I had to wait for one of them to get booked. I called him several times, he asked for a discount for being late, we spoke 10 times in 7 days. I talked to him, then 5 mins later he called uship and asked that they get a hold of me?? I accept and wish the next guy better luck Response from Mark A.: It is shameful that you are telling stories that are not truthful. Why don't you say what really happened. I called you three time total in 1 1/2 week. You answered your phone once and said you would call me back. "I am still waiting for the call since we spoke 10 times according to you." You said I ask for a discount why would I? You never did the job or schedule to do it. Tell the truth pal no more lies to protect your business.

These guys were great, actually awesome especially the driver. He kept me informed the entire way as to where he was and his ETA which was a little earlier than we both anticipated. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone for their great service and personality - 110% & 2 Thumbs up from me.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I AM REQUESTING FROM uShip a 100% REFUND OR CREDIT SO THAT I CAN RELIST MY CARGO...
I have tried to contact the service provider using all contact method available to me from uShip but the service provider has not committed to wanting to perform the job or scheduling a time. I was luck to get hold of the service provider once by phone and he promised to call me back to schedule something but still hasn't. He then responded to an email I sent letting him know that if I did not hear from him wi Response from Comadvan: This guy tried messing with the price, and wanted to know how much to deduct every hour while he was waiting. Sorry Sir this is real life not the TV show. I canceled immediately after talking with him. As you see by my feedbacks, I do what Im supposed to for good people, when it comes down to reality tv, thats where the hauling business should stay.
