Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward This is ridiculous I didn't request more money if the client can show when I requested more money Uship can block my account right away, I was very clear through emails and calls how my company works, the information it's on Uship even a kid can understand it, we request a shipping agreement in order to move the load, the reason is simple THE INSURANCE, we can not move a load without it, of course, we requested credit card information in order to cover our backs is very simple.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider After giving you ship made deposit for the load I was informed later that they would need more money to pick the load up we will not use an unsecured server just apply credit cards transporter wouldn't pick up equipment without a further deposit we only follow you ship guidelineswe've had a great resolve shipping when were using people who follow the uShip guidelines our company does not give out credit information to unsecured vendors.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper tried to go outside the guidelines of uShip guaranteed shipment one week after the other never picked up the equipment telephoned to inform us they needed more money after we already made deposit through uShip explaining we would not go through any sidelines but uship this person should be removed from this site they tried to solicit more money after they didn't deliver or pick up these guys are scammers get them off of uship now I have to repost lost 3 weeks
