Very smooth transaction. Great communication from provider. In fact, BEST communication with a shipping company to date. We had an extremely limited budget on this particular shipment and our provider came through for us. They kept us informed throughout the whole deal. Will keep them in our rolodex for sure. To us great service is when you hire someone and then not have to be bothered by it. The job just gets done. Such was the case with this shipment. They picked it up when they said and delivered it when they promised. No problems, no drama. Total open communication and very easy to deal with. Extremely professional. We will use this carrier in the future.
