Overall the experience was nerve wracking, as this is the first time we used Uship. However the product ultimately got delivered, but between the snowstorms, and the lack of help on the receiving end, the product neither arrived in time, nor made it into the house. This was no fault of the service provider or Uship. 10/10 will use again as well as reccomend to all of my colleagues. Thanks!
