After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Robert, was very rude, and spoke with a downgrading voice. We did have truck trouble and we called him immediately. We were clear from day one of what was going on as far as the pickup day. However Roberts mother was the one with time issues and just now as we are on our way informs us that we have a morning only time because they will be going out of town. Robert then insisted us to park overnight in Atlanta and disregard any other pickup and drop offs as if his items were the only ones we had.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After multiple days of trying to accomodate the SHIPPER, NRATransport informed me that I should cancel because they would not be able to pick up my goods. This is AFTER being delayed day after day and listening to story after story about their truck breaking down, then it was they had other pickups to do, then there was background discussion about how they didn't have enough loads to make the trip.
Meanwhile, my goods are sitting in Atlanta and we move into our house in 4 days with no furnit Response from NRAtransport: Robert has been rude and has spoke with both of us females with a downgrading tone. We are absolutely going all the way up north and back and have no idea how or when he heard this "background discussion". We did have truck issues and we informed him immediately. There was no day after day or story after story that is all lies. However he did demand if we couldn't meet his last minute 1hr timeframe for p/u that we park in ATL over night and disregard our other loads and make him priority.
