The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not pick up on the initial pick up date and time. Another re-attempt was made the following business day for pick up, and received the same results. Very unhappy with the services from the provider as they failed to make any communication to us. I called and spoke directly to a provider "customer service" agent and she re-assured there were no guarantees or promises that shipment is picked up "on-time" as they were short drivers.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time UPS Freight did not show up at the scheduled time of pick up. Art Trejo (Zurich Tech Solutions) called to inquire and was made aware by UPS Freight the pick up had been moved to Monday, 3/1/2021 without being notified prior. Art Trejo requested a cancellation of the pick up since UPS Freight was not able to deemed their services at the agreed date/time.
