The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Found out this shipment is certainly more than a 2 person job so we can no longer service this customer.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We had mechanical issues with one of our trucks, that's setting us one-day off schedule. This job had extremely limited window of completion. I wanted to pick it up earlier, but the shipment was not available. The recipient, apparently is coming into town only for a couple hours and then leaving.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment After changing the pick up day to Friday instead of Thursday I was not able to find help for this shipment. I wish it would have worked but after talking with Sal we agreed it would be best to cancel now in order to find another carrier as soon as possible. My apologies again.
