item was picked up and delivered just as promised. Howard kept in contact with me and gave updates regarding arrival time. My fish arrived alive and in great condition. My concern of the water temperature was squashed when he said he would keep them inside the cab of the truck and leave the heat on for them even when he wasnt inside. Thanks Again Mike

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time shipper disappeared for a week the day before he was supposed to be in Missouri picking up my puppy. He didnt return any calls or emails until over a week later and he said he had been in a accident and he could go pick it up within the next couple days. I told him that at that point, I had already arranged air shipping. He stated a check for all the uship fees was in the mail to me, since he cost me two listing fees and the deposit. It has been 2 months and havent had any communication back fro
