The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The builder told the buyer the incorrect dimensions and weights. It was not possible to get the items to the pickup point safely. Regards David

He is absolutely correct. I bought a countertop on ebay that was sold as Corian and turned out to be concrete and RushXpress were very understanding and helpful throughout.
