My car was delivered, damaged byAFFORDABLE AUTO TRANSPORTATION. The driver for AFFORDABLE fraudulently modified the Bill of Lading to reflect the damage was pre-existing. HOWEVER Seller's Bill of Lading signed by the driver for AFFORDABLE, when he loaded the car shows NO DAMAGE. This has been over TWO MONTHS ago and I have not received compensation for the damage which amounts to almost $3000 despite many emails and phone conversations to Ryan Taylor and Mark Zatowski of AFFORDABLE.

The seller of the vehicle decided not to sell. I had won it at a no-reserve auction and even received an invoice to pay. When I called to set up a wire transfer, the auction company told me that the seller had refused to release the car.
There was absolutely no fault with the service provider.

Service Provider Torrey did an excellent, and fast job of transporting and caring for this heavy and fragile antique artifact. Not an easy job and he did it very well!

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider said they would pick up on two separate occasions. Did not pick up. Did not call. Does not respond to my calls, texts, email, nor communications from the seller. Seller waited all day twice for a no show, no call.
The few times we connected, they seemed to be efficient, professional people -- but they are NOT following through! I understand delays, not I DO NOT understand lack of communication. WHATEVER THE PROBLEM IS, THEY COULD CALL ME!

Very pleased with the speed in picking up my car and delivering it quickly and gently.
Communications could be a little better. Did not even know the car had been picked up until the driver called and said he would be at my location in 30 minutes. The trip took 11 hours to get to my location, someone could have called. Glad that I was at home!
Driver was very helpful and courteous. Gave him a $50 tip for his excellent service.
I would use this Service Provider again.
