After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Days before the move, I get a text telling me I will need to release payment once my items are picked up instead of at the end of the move so that they have enough gas money. I spent hours texting with them and asking for a phone call and trying to understand why this was needed and to come to some agreement that protected me. They became unkind when I stuck to my guns and told them I was only comfortable working within the realm of our original arrangement and sending them funds early.
