About Me
We are currently renovating our home and this is causing some delay in being able to bring my furniture in from New Mexico. While the renovations should be completed before year end, travel in that area of New Mexico is dicey at that time of year. We are therefore willing to wait until spring to have these things brought back to Kentucky. However, if there is someone out there that will be traveling through that area during the winter and would be interested in picking up this shipment, we would like to hear from you please. This contact address is my business email and I am not in the office after 5 PM through the week and not on weekends or holidays. If you submit a bid, please be aware that I am not able to receive my mail during those times.

Our experience with the shipper was very good. Good communication and description of items to ship. Our driver admits he was frustrated with delays due to a mechanical failure and initially could have come off as a little curt with the customer. We cave called Cindi and apologized. This is not typical of our company, or this driver, as he is usually very friendly and fun to be around.

Overall my experience was positive. There was a slight delay in getting my shipment, but they had mechanical difficulties and made every effort to get to me as soon as the problems were fixed. Some damage was done to an antique china cabinet, but nothing was broken. The driver was almost rude, but they weren't hired for socialization skills I suppose. If he is going to interact with the customers, some people skills would be advised.

I spoke to the driver, he was just uncomfortable asking for cash before unloading. Probably came off a little abrupt. Sorry Cindi.
