The guy straight up stole my equipement. I never got it from him and he made every excuse in the book then disappeared.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time talked to him on the phone once and we set up a plan for him to pick up my shipment with the seller.. Then he ghosted both of us and turned his phone off. We haven't been able to get a hold of Andrew since and he was supposed to pick our machine up last week.
