For: 1994 Dodge Ram 3500
After arriving to pickup vehicle I drove vehicle down the driveway,when I put the vehicle in drive it would not move,I put the gear selector in 2 and it moved, When put in Revese it did not move at all at first and then it caught and moved. The 4x4 light on the dash was on and the vehicle seemed as it was indeed stuck in 4x4. With the distance to drive to the destination, Ohio to Maryland, I did not feel confortable with the dependability of the vehicle. Customer never saw vehicle and agreed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Even though the representative (Kevin Lobos) GUARANTEED me the driver would be here between 6-7 "because he was already in the immediate area await a load" nobody ever showed up or called to say there was a problem or delay. At 9pm (3 hours after the driver was due) I both emailed and called Kevin and still have not received any reply 24 hours later. I am requesting the immediate refund of 715.00 and a uShip investigation into what seems to be a continued pattern of their business practice (b

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider did seem knowledgeable & professional. However upon arrival at the pick-up location did not feel comfortable driving the vehicle from OH to me in MD. So his services of vehicle transport & delivery were no longer needed.
