I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment After booking, there was no fee made visible to us. After contacting Uship we realized there was in fact a fee that dropped us down below what we would be able to complete the run for. For whatever reason the booking fell under the old Uship model as told by Uship representative and that model did not reflect all pertinent information relating to the load and pricing.

Several issues came up that postponed the pick up and delivery of our items. Tried to be patient and understanding with shipper. Items were eventually picked up and moved to a location further from original and shipper cancelled delivery and asked that we have another shipper pick up from new location, costing more time and more money than planned. Shipper did not keep in constant communication. Took several texts and calls before receiving a response.
