I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment due to my gran passign away this afternoon/evening after the customer accepted the bid and booked i can no longer do this shipment i have been in touch with customer with a few other dates one being monday and the other beeign the 16th a week on sat but this is no good for the customer as here sellers are not happy with this and apperes shes already lost of of the cats she was buying but infortniatley due to the passign away of my gran im now longer avaliable till the 16th a arranges a friend to

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The lady booked me to the job Saturday 23/2/13. I contacted her and left her a message saying that I would do the job this week and would contact her again monday 25/2/13 to make final arrangements. However, I was surprised to see she had cancelled the booking on monday 25/2/13 bearing in mind the job had to be done by the 3/3/13. Impatience or breakdown in communication you decide. The Customer is not always right!

due to a close family member passing away today the customer needed the delivery tomorrow and i advised of a new date a week from today but the customer coudl not change there plans so i have to cancel the booking

Jane excepted my bid on the Saturday afternoon, then cancelled it the following monday morning judge for yourself if that was impatience or not! Those that want a bargain must be willing to be patient. Having a bargain and expecting it on the double is unrealistic.
