A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Mr. Serrano was very gracious - customer had a scheduling conflict on their end and needed to reschedule delivery for next week but unfortunately carrier is not available next week - not his fault at all. Would schedule with him again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The initial pick up window was 1/27 - 1/29. I never heard from carrier so I initiated contact on 1/29. They responded and said they would pick up on Friday morning (1/31). Again, no call/no show and when I called him he stated an issue with another customer. Can't do business like this. Now we have wasted time and money!
