The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I give Andre Clemons ZERO stars. When he submitted his bid, I sent a question asking if he could do it for less but he didn't respond so I ultimately accepted his original bid. I spoke with him personally, sent a picture of the item, AND committed to my customer that they would receive their delivery by Saturday AS HE PROMISED. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After reaching out to this person to schedule a specific pick-up time, the person was not clear on communication, extremely unprofessional, and appears to be a scammer.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Although the shipment offer clearly stated that the earliest pick-up date was 5/15, she called today to say she has to leave Atlanta today and is unable to comply to the agreement. I am very dissatisfied as I now have to re-list my shipment and advise my customer of this delay. This is a huge inconvenience.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider's vehicle was unable to accommodate the mirrors even though the dimensions are clearly noted on the listing. Management here also stated that the service provider was unprofessional.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider is unable to provide a closed vehicle to transport the antique bed from Atlanta GA to Chattanooga TN. Very nice gentleman, just can't risk transporting such an expensive bed in a pick up truck.
