I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment It was stated as 2 pieces 150lbs. but each piece is over 250lbs. My helper and myself could not move it. You definitely need 3 or 4 people to safely move these items.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The carrier said he would arrive to pick up the items before closing on 4/26/22. He did not show and did not answer repeated calls last evening prior to closing. We attempted again to contact him this morning from 3 different phone numbers as well as emailing him to no avail. Now our customer is calling an update on delivery so must cancel and resist the shipment to try to meet our deadline to our customer. PLEASE EXPEDITE THIS CANCELLATION!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I contacted the service provider Chanel Daniels directly and she said that she and her husband would pick up the sideboard on June 11th at noon. No call, no show so around 3pm I called them, husband answered, said he was unaware, would contact wife and call me back, never heard back from either of them. UNPROFESSIONAL - DO NOT HIRE!
