I no longer need my item(s) shipped Propaws was awesome and I would have loved to do business with him. Unfortunately the supposed recipient of the pup was not that awesome and therefore we decided not to move forward with the shipment. I would definitely use ProPaws again if I need a pup to go that route. Excellent communication!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was a delay in pickup which would have resulted in a very late drop off or long time with transporter and me and the recipient did not end up feeling comfortable. Since this is a dog (living being) and not a piece of furniture or something like that if I have a gut feeling I go with it.

Our punctuality was bad because the animals required more stops than we had anticipated. We would rather have bad punctuality than an animal with neglected needs.
