airline refused to carry due to the nature of the goods , the airline has an option to do this due to their own policys . we tried all we could do to move this but sometimes things are not possible

Read my complete feedback in their fb history. They also lied in their response that my paperwork was out of date, it wasn't, and the airline wouldn't carry it as I finally resorted to using FedEx and it worked out great. These guys are not only poor businesspeople, they feel they have to lie and give me negative feedback for their problems. Avoid these people.

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you are within the US & sending to U.K. they will stall you & stall you.They then send you to a third party contractor that will demand addn'l paperwork incl. Powers of Attorney over your package. It's this 3rd party (TNT Express, they also suck) that accepts or rejects your shipment. TNT rejected my shipment because it involved CITES (for which I had all proper paperwork). I wasted MONTHS with these idiots. My first negative exp. with uShip.

IT WAS THE AIRLINE WHO REFUSED TO CARRY THE GOODS AND BUMPED THE JOB. . NOT DOWN TOUMOURSELVES, ALSO THE PAPER,WORK LICENCES WERE OUT OF DATE

Kevin was great! Highest Recommendation! He was very professional, friendly and helpful. Shipment arrived in perfect condition despite being a very odd size and shape piece (taxidermy lion) Would use again if needed.
