Matt kept us informed while our shipment was in transit. He called the day before and several times the day of delivery with expected and updated delivery times. He had an engine problem, but he let us know and offered to make alternate plans for us if our schedule required. He offered multiple times to accommodate our schedule and change the delivery date and time if the date or time he was arriving was going to interfere with our plans! We would use him again.

Thanks I appreciate the patience and understanding of the situation, my transmission had failed in mid-shipment and put me a few days lucky for me I had some of the most understanding customers and was still able to make a timely offload I appreciate the business and would definatley deliver for the Piazza's anytime again---Matt
