About Me
I am a reslller of high-end commercial grade exercise equipment by Precor, Landice, Nautilus, Bowflex, Icarian, etc. These units are generally very heavy vs. a standard consumer models (Example: the C966i treadmill by Precor weighs in a 500+ pounds, while a lower quality consumer unit will weigh 150+ lbs.), they don't fold-up for storage (OR SHIPPING) and they list for $5,000 - $10,000 each. I try to pick-up in Newark, DE once a month and ship to Wayne, NJ.

will give you wrong info for pick up and drop off and then want you to move his stuff for free or he will give you bad feedback.. his way of blackmale.. move it free or he gives you bad feedback..he knows you drivers dont want neg feedback and uses that to get it free.. we have prove..

The pick-up wasn't scheduled as required, per my instructions. The drop-off was overdue by 10 days, with the excuse that they LOST the ship to address??!! (they had 2 copies) My phone calls (5) and my customers phone calls (4) went unanswered for more than a week. I was given a $50 credit off of my payment balance due, but my customers peace of mind is worth, much more than that amount. The service is lousy and I will personally never use them, or recommend them under any circumstances.

we admit we are not perfect.. but when you dont give us the information for delivery and you dont give your customer our info that makes it hard to meet up... are we suppose to find each other in the wind..customer never called us because he said you never gave him our info either.. we had to talk to your son 4 or 5 times before we got the contact info.. you planed this to get it shiped for free or leave us a bad feedback..you got your bad feedback..still have listing to prove no info was gave.

Shawn and the 'boys' showed up early for the pick-up and gave me an ETA for the delivery of 2:00PM. They actually arrived at 2:03, so I've got to give them the full 5 STARS for that performance. We initially were challenged with the available trailer space, which would have been a major issue, but we wre able to work around it. My overall experience was positive and they responded quickly to the request. Final word of advice - use them and make sure that they understand the freight dimensions.

Kurt & Summit Transport is a professional, unlike all others. Over the years, I have headed up Transportation & Warehousing for both Pioneer Electronics and Toshiba America Consumer Products. During these past 15+ years, I have come into contact with hundreds of drivers and logistics personnel. After using Summit Transport for the first time recently, I can very comfortably state that they are by far and away the most Professional, Courteous, Economical and Best Communicators of the entire lot!!

Shippers arrived ON TIME with a full crew, pallet jacks, blankets and a great attitude. In spite of the rough weather, all units were secured and in good shape. Highly reccomend this outfit for future shipments. Bob Bennett
