Wendy is a very honest and animal loving person. She did well getting my babies to me 2700 miles across the country. She took very good care of them. I would trust her with 10K cash if I had to. She took them out every few hours to go the bathroom and walked them. I'm one happy customer that she did so well with them. She always kept in communication as well sending photos and text to us.
Thank You Wendy we will use it again.

I had to make major arrangements to fix this. REFUND ME IN FULL OR I WILL REPORT IT TO MY CREDIT CARD.

pd 1700 dollars to ship, car was damaged in two spots, broker didn't want to resolve just wanted the payment code. Over 1200 in damage done, car is 23 days old. Broker said should of used enclosed so I guess if your shipping anything at 1700 make sure you know it will be damaged along the way. Broker only wants there money.
Remember to always write damages on bill of lading condition report and then collect on the insurance if they do damage. Made carrier give me 200 dollars back for damages. Response from TruckItTrans: WOW!!!!! Your first broker scammed you, you accept our booking on 7/1, dispatched 7/1, in transit 7/2, delivered cross country 7/10. Vehicle got a clear coat scratch from being on trailer 2600 miles that could be buffed, THAT YOU WANTED TO REPAINT A PANEL ON A BRAND NEW CAR, us the broker and carrier split the $200 to avoid this negative feedback. You have the option for enclosed, you chose open. You are correct on damages though, needs to be written down on BOL to claim on insurance. God bless!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Provider asked for pickup date which was July 1-3 and I cannot pickup 6 days earlier right now, it won't work for me.

Henry called the night of the move and 5 times before the arrival to tell me he'll be on time. Wow great communications, fast moving with great care of your items. I had a 2200 dollar couch and all is well. There price was fantastic and couldn't be beat !
