DO NOT USE! BOAT DAMAGED IN DELIVERY! DENIED IT AND NOW IN LITIGATION! The guy, Chris (whose real name is Hristo), went underneath a low overpass and completely stripped my radar dish, etc., from the top. Then he denied that he did it. Then he claimed it was my fault. I've had to sue the guy for damages. Damage estimate is $5000. He is a young guy with no shipping experience and definitely not someone with whom you want to do business. He lies and doesn't confess to his mistakes. Now in court.

The case is no longer pending nor is it in court due to insufficient evidence which resulted in a dismissal of your lawsuit even though you tried repeatedly to settle with me personally for something I'm not liable for. My feedback speaks for itself and yet you want to slander my reputation. Your comments are unwarranted and deceiving which not only leads to a loss in credibility but actual facts. The supposed lawsuit amounted to $1200 for a broken radar that did not occur in my possession.
