The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped i had my driver in place to pick up the car customer agreed to pick of car then called me back and said the paper work didn't clear after a couple of days i called the customer he said the deal fell through and said he wanted to cancel i reject cancellation and this falls all on brent

Very nice guy. Very flexible made this Uship experience. I was happy to help him and he even gave me weather reports for his area (for my flying.) By the way he gave me a very nice tip. That's uncommon. I will work with him again if possible.

Tom was a very carrying and thoughtful person who kept in good contact along the route and was purely entertaining once he arrived in his RV with an Ultralight Plane trailer attached to the back. He was very helpful on pickup and when he arrived was thoughtful and helpful with unloading my item which was very heavy... thanks Tom!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Schedule conflict arose... more items piled up at same pickup location and might have to either relist or find a different method of shipment.
