A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Seller was very rude and would not accept my truck to ship this shipment and was adiment about wanting documentation wich i believe the uship confirmation was enough plus text messeges from buyer. He refused to let me have the product and continued to deny any attemps to show i am the one doing the shipment. Even stated that if the buyer told him i was to do the delivery that it still had to be on paper which as a seller should have had the invoice not me. I told the buyer i wanted reimbursed

Tim G. was a fantastic customer and a great addition to the U-Ship community. His contacts were easy to reach, the hours of operation were lengthy, so it all facilitated an easy pickup. The selling dealership was a bit slow at releasing the truck, but that was of no fault to Mr. G. He was helpful, courteous, always easy to reach by phone. His receiving hours were wide open, and that was nice, it helped us get back to schedule a bit. He is definitely someone we would be proud to work with again.
