I had to hunt them down to get my bike, which they had abandoned at a crating facility. They evaded and avoided me for weeks. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider delayed pickup of the bike. Once they finally have it picked up, they had it sent to a crating facility and abandoned it there, completely lying and very rudely misleading me on the rare occasions they communicated. I was finally able to track down the motorcycle, whhich was sitting in a warehouse due to the service provider's non-payment of the crating service, although I paid the service provider in advance and in full for all services. I had to pay for the crating service
