The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Everything he said is not TRUE this guys lies and it a misrepresentation of the load and dates. He's just an angry person because in the trucking business there are alot of factors that play into scheduling.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services If there were a negative star rating , He would get the lowest rating. I requested that my shipment be picked up by February 15 and delivered by the end of Feb (it is now March 2 and he hasn’t picked up my boat) I have left over 10 messages as well a emails, and when he finally responds he says “I’ll get to it later, I have 2-3 shipments in front of you “ I would strongly suggest that you do NOT book with this person, he is NOT friendly, NOT communicative, and definitely NOT professional. BE

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Splash Towing was supposed to pick up a boat trailer then head to pick up my boat. He never picked up the trailer! After MANY attempts to reschedule he flaked again and again. All I got from Paul were bogus excuses trying to blame anybody but himself. It has been OVER 3 weeks since I booked this shipment and Paul has not come through. He sent an e-mail saying he'd refund my money. Which he has NOT! I've requested over and over for him to refund MY money to no avail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS
