About Me
Horse owner, Virginia. I shipped two horses, a mare and an aged gelding, from New Mexico in January 2009 and was very happy with the experience! I'm going to be using UShip again with future shipments, for certain. I can see how this can be an extremely useful service, and I look forward to using it again.
I do quite a lot of buying on eBay, and a lot of horse-related items as well. The only thing I don't care for about UShip is trying to figure out how to fill in a profile! This is very annoying (sorry, but it is!)
Not sure what kind of help this would give to shippers, anyway. The folks who brought me my horses were very professional and easy to deal with, and were good about my calling them (when you're dealing with live animals, you get a lot of worried-mom-syndrome). So if you ship critters for me, expect me to be involved! (There, does that help???)

These folks are not kidding when they talk about 24/7 pickup and delivery! But my horses came through in excellent condition (including the 24-year-old!) and I wouldn't hesitate to call on Griffensburg Equine again. They are friendly, they know horses, their communication is great, and they listen to you. The van is the kidn of equipment we all wish we had. Eight hooves up for this shipper!
