There was an issue regarding the loading and unloading of the trailer and a service fee that was charged of 250 to put the boat in the water. Had to pay through venmo. When asked to explain the charge the owner (not the driver) got very boligerant and started cursing and shouting and threatening to take the boat to a storage yard and charge even more fees. Very strange behavior. His wife was a pleasure to deal with.

We are disappointed to hear you had an issue with the transport. Our company charged $250 when a trailer is launched in water because our trailers transport through interstate lines and have to be greased and serviced after and before a next load. We actually got to drop off location a day earlier and the client had not communicated the boat was a water launch. In our company we strive to communicate, plan and deliver our client's boats accordingly and safely.
