The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Bid says to be picked up within 4 days and already I am being told 7. Makes me wonder what else will change. Will find another shipper.

They were very timely and the driver was helpful polite and very patient at a time others would not have been. He had a long trip with lots of traffic and we had an equally rough day on our end but everything worked out great. I will be using them again.
