There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved One of the volume pieces included in this order is 6' long, and would not fit on a regular pallet. We made a custom one, but if we placed a second order for the custom pallet then we would be facing additional service fees that would make the transaction cost prohibitive. We are immediately placing a corrected order with the two standard pallets as well as the third custom pallet.
