After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Truck is at curved pick up location 2 date late due to blown motor on truck and a back up truck has arrived at location for pick up with email Tuesday stating pick up Wednesday

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I contacted the carrier regarding pick up date and time. I was told monday dec 21st, but wasnt given pick up time. I sent an email on monday evening asking for an update. I got a response late monday evening stating they were not “in the office” and asked for a shipping ticket, which i provided. The next day (tues dec 22) i emailed again, asking for an update. I was told it would be picked up same day, and informed he would give me a timeframe. It never came. Nor did the carrier. I got a text me
