The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer booked this- we had a driver leave for Jacksonville. We call the customer- no answer. We call the auction- find out someone else has made arrangements to pickup already. The customer calls and tells us he doesn't need us to pickup the items. All within 12 hours of booking. Please refund our deposit. We wish this didn't count against our record but unfortunately we not have both another cancellation, and a bill from the driver for mileage, time, and gas spent on behalf of this customer. Response from Rod H.: I would like to respond. If Initiallogistics called me and received no answer, why would they go ahead and pick up the car? I told the dispatcher not to go and pick up the car unless they spoke with me. I am sorry for any inconvenience this caused, but I was out of money as well. However, when I spoke to Initiallogistics they were very professional and I would use them if I had to. They are a very good company. Please don't hurt their ratings due to miscommunication. Sorry for any inconvenience.
